What A Shock!

I did not believe this scoop would work they way it was advertise but wanted one for a gift for husband. I am amazed it scoops out ice cream like butter. It works great!

Everything about this product is as advertised and performs perfectly to specifications. There is also a simple way to remove the infuser which is to grab the tab and set it down on the lid (turn the lid over first). I would recommend pairing this with a gooseneck kettle rather than boiling the water straight in the device because you have better control over water temperature and you can pour the hot water over the leaves for even coverage. Overall though I absolutely recommend this brewer for anybody drinking large cups of tea or brewing for two.
