Very simply, this platter keeps your meats and cheeses freezing cold. It's often the simplest ideas that takes the most time and effort. This platter took 5 years on and off before we were able to overcome design and manufacturing challenges. The platter stays cold for an hour, has drainage for condensation, yet keeps cold via a physics phenomena called cold-air pooling. The bottom chopping/presentation board is water resistant rubberwood. Now you can entertain your guests in style.
